Last updated: June 10, 2026

These terms are provided for general business use and are not legal advice.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HIRS Digital website and any subscription services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

HIRS Digital provides custom website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance for small businesses. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are set out in your individual service agreement or subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as specified in your plan. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our underlying code, frameworks, and reusable components. We grant you a perpetual license to use the delivered website for your business.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide for inclusion on your website.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIRS Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to hosted services may be suspended. You may request a copy of your website files within 30 days of termination.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, and other software services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, fees, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
